I have experience working with diverse populations and supporting clients who struggle with mood disorders like anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I was born and raised in Mt. Pleasant and am committed to supporting the needs of Lowcountry residents. The path to healing is unique and personal and I believe in working within a collaborative framework with clients to develop specialized treatment goals together.
I have experience working with older teens, adults, and families experiencing distress. I provided therapy at the Dee Norton Child Advocacy Center for several years and have experience working with the court system. I am nationally certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and use a cognitive-behavioral approach in sessions.
