I help adults heal from the deep wounds left by family, spousal and interpersonal related trauma, including abuse, neglect, mistreatment, and betrayal. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, shame, trust issues, and survival patterns that keep them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. With over 14 years of clinical experience, I offer a safe, supportive and judgement free space to process the impact of what they’ve been through, rebuild their sense of self, and create meaningful, lasting changes you can be proud of.
I provide trauma-informed and person-centered approaches tailored to your unique needs and goals. Using modalities like DBT and CBT, I help clients process difficult experiences, manage overwhelming emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and create lasting emotional and behavioral change.
