Together we will work in partnership to develop a strong, collaborative foundation that can lead to individual progress and change. In my practice, I emphasize the importance of going at your own pace to address issues that may be affecting your daily life. We will explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to improve understanding of self.
I have extensive experience as a former educator and school counselor. I’ve worked closely with students to manage peer relationships, depression, anxiety, and grief. In addition to this work, I collaborated with parents and teachers to address challenges associated with cognitive and developmental disabilities.
I strive to create a safe, warm, validating environment for you to process emotions and develop coping strategies to create meaningful change. Healing and growth occurs when you feel seen, accepted, and supported. I welcome the opportunity to work alongside you through this journey.
