I specialize in a range of concerns including Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Substance Use Disorder, Parenting and Family Concerns. I am trained in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR. I help people process and learn skills to thrive in their life, as well as specific training to help people recover from addiction. I do individual, couples and family therapy, and EMDR. Together we can make a change.
I believe the best work occurs in a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. I believe resilience can be fostered through unconditional support, and hard work. My technique leans on interventions that work by observing and changing your thoughts which then change your actions.
I use a strength based approach, where we discover your own personal strengths and uniqueness and use those to build skills for a successful journey.
