Hey there! My name is Anna and I'm a clinical social worker who's all about the mind-body-spirit connection, because everything's better when it's in sync. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free zone where you can access your inner wisdom and take a deep dive into self-awareness. Whether you're dealing with complex post traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions (bonus points for major existential questions about life) or those pesky relationship hiccups, I'm here to help. I welcome everyone with open arms, no matter your ability, race, gender, or who you love. This is a space for you to be unapologetically you.
I hold a degree from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Social Work and also hold certifications in Animal-Assisted Social Work, Complex trauma, and Art therapy. I am certified in EMDR therapy and often use this modality as part of my holistic approach.
