I help clients cope with chronic insomnia, nightmares, narcolepsy, depression and anxiety, grief and loss, substance use, trauma, caregiver stress, and living with disabilities. I am licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin with 24 years of experience as a professional counselor. I have had extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, grief work, and substance treatment. My therapy is always trauma informed and person-centered. For your convenience, I offer weekday, evening, and weekend appointments.

My goal is to provide you with non-judgmental, unconditional respect and care throughout our time together. Engaging in therapy is a courageous act.
