My main focus is on helping clients move towards more fulfilling lives. Beyond diagnoses and labels, we are all people looking for moments of joy, of purpose, and also for meaningful engagement with others. I enjoy supporting clients of all backgrounds and with a wide array of concerns to help them meet their personal goals.
I am an insatiably curious and creative person interested in going wherever the therapeutic journey leads. Although grounded in cognitive behavioral practices, I am an eclectic clinician who includes visual arts, writing, somatic work, and narrative therapy techniques when they are better suited to clients' growth.
As a mid life career switcher, I have had many roles, learned much about purpose and growth, and embodied years of varied experiences. I bring these accumulated life lessons, along with a great love of humanity, to the therapeutic relationship.
