Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, loneliness, life transitions, relationship issues or trying to make sense of past or recent trauma? I am passionate about working with youth, teens and adults with these issues who also might identify as being neurodivergent or highly sensitive. Therapy is a place to build tools to better tackle relationships and grow your ability to better tolerate anxiety. Story work and building a secure attachment with me as your therapist is a big part of this process. My faith in Jesus informs my work and I am happy to integrate faith into sessions upon request.
I offer a kind, non-judgmental and compassionate approach that addresses the whole person. I am trauma informed and help clients make sense of childhood/early attachments. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, faith concerns, low self-esteem and a sense of lostness/loneliness. I use an eclectic approach that addresses my clients' unique issues.
