As Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns they can’t quite explain. Many of the people manage school or work stress, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and the lingering impact of past experiences, tired of holding it together on their own. Through individual therapy, we explore why you feel the way you do, building practical tools for managing stress, anxiety, and depression. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered, existential perspectives and body based awareness techniques.
My work is deeply person-centered and strengths-based: you are the expert on your own story, and we explore with curiosity, not judgment. This is a safe space for folx of all walks, including LGBTQAI+, neurodivergent, different religions, cultures and communities. Together, we’ll move toward health and wellbeing—learning to live your one life well.

Healing from Toxic People
How can safety and sense of self be re-established after narcissistic abuse? It begins by understanding the hidden nature of narcissistic manipulation and the ways it erodes self?trust. We will create emotional safety, increase understanding of narcissism and its destructive patterns, and learn tools to depersonalize the abuse. We also explore the emotional and physiological consequences of narcissistic abuse, including trauma bonding, chronic shame, and symptoms of Complex PTSD, and participants develop tools for emotional regulation. Then, we practice rebuilding self-trust and autonomy through boundaries, rediscovering personal values, strengths, and interests, and tools for long term healing.
