The process of change requires us to start somewhere, and it is our very first steps that consequentially reveal our true strength and ability to invest in ourselves, our well-being, and find meaning in our lives. I work with adult clients, ranging from young to middle adulthood, and have been so fortunate to discover my true passion for trauma-focused care and my eclectic, authentic style. As a firm believer in the significance of both our past and present experiences, I integrate evidence-based, universal practices to promote optimal self-growth, mental and emotional healing. Come as you are; nothing more, nothing less.

The diverse therapeutic strategies I implement aim to emphasize the significance of a mind-body-soul mentality. I work closely with clients experiencing challenges related to past and/or present complex trauma and/or PTSD, interpersonal and familial relationships, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, self-harm behaviors/ideation, and women's issues.
As your therapist, it is of my utmost importance that you feel heard, validated, and valued each and every time you walk through my door. No matter what season of life you find yourself in, know that I am committed to joining you as you embark on your mental health journey to work towards self-fulfillment and an improved quality of life. You are never alone!
