Whether you’re concerned about your relationships, struggling with loss, worried about your child’s emotions or behavior, or navigating pregnancy and the early years of parenting, therapy can be a powerful and healing space. Through therapy, I support my clients in re-gaining a sense of agency over their lives and relationships, and ultimately, increasing feelings of self-worth, meaning, and happiness.
My approach to therapy is non-judgmental, active, and kind. I work with adults, couples, families, and children of all ages. I specialize in working with the perinatal population helping clients facing perinatal mental health disorders, fertility issues, birth trauma, and perinatal loss.
I create individualized and targeted interventions for my clients, not only to build practical tools, but also to foster deeper connections. I collaborate closely with each of my clients to ensure that therapy honors the whole you, not just in crisis, but in cultivating joy, connection, and confidence along the way.
