I have some day time openings. Taking the first step in the journey of therapy takes courage. Life can be full of stress. The stress and anxiety is often more than we can deal with on our own. You're worried, tired, and feeling isolated. Your relationships aren't what you would like them to be. I provide acceptance, support, nurturance and hope for the future. I use a strength based approach. My goal is for therapy to be an inviting, calm and safe place where we can work together to create positive changes in your life resulting in healthy coping skills, peace, and improved relationships
As a marital and family therapist I strive to enhance your relationships, including the one with yourself. We will explore your experiences in relationships, the affects of your relationships, and how you view your self and current relationships. I have over 17 years of clinical experience and a love for working with young adults, adults and couples.
