I work with people to heal from trauma, whether that presents as PTSD, anxiety, depression, dissociation, or any of the persistent difficulties that may show up after living through one or more experiences that compromise your basic sense of safety. People deserve peace and safety, and I want to help you find it!
I started in this field working with adults suffering from addiction, which naturally led me to become more specialized in trauma treatment. I've worked extensively with trauma survivors from all walks of life, including active duty military personnel, veterans and their families, and immigrants from Latin America, both documented and undocumented.
My approach is flexible, intuitive, and collaborative. Nevertheless, I will never consider myself an expert on anybody but myself, and even that's an ongoing work in progress. Mostly, I'm interested in learning about you from you and helping you to help yourself.
