Hi, I’m Anna, an LMFT and PMH-C, and I help women navigate some of the most tender and transformative parts of life—trying to conceive, grieving pregnancy loss, healing after birth, and adjusting to life postpartum. This work is deeply personal to me. As a mom who experienced birth trauma, I know how disorienting and isolating this journey can feel. I also know the strength it takes to reach out for support—and how powerful it can be to feel truly seen and understood. In our work together, you’ll find a warm, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. You don’t have to do this alone—and you were never meant to.

I can help with postpartum depression/anxiety/trauma, pregnancy and infant loss, and infertility. 1 in 5 women experience depression or anxiety during pregnancy or postpartum. You are not alone, I am here to support you, it will get better.
