My name is Anna, and I am a therapist specializing in OCD, anxiety, and relationship issues. I work with those that are struggling to meet their goals or find peace due to worry, doubt, obsessions and compulsions, or difficulties in their personal and professional relationships. I've been trained in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy and Attachment Theory based couples therapy. Though I work primarily with those struggling with anxiety and OCD, I also have significant experience treating PTSD, and so my work is always trauma-informed as well.
I often take an integrative approach to psychotherapy, pulling from various sources to help clients move forward and feel better. I know therapy is not a one-size-fits-all equation, and I believe in finding ways to ensure that my approach with each client is tailored to their needs and prioritizes their progress.
