Life is comprised of a variety of experiences that impact daily living. For many women and teen girls, negative experiences in life impede living abundantly. Trauma, stress, divorce, unhealthy relationships, anxiety or depression can create a sense of worthlessness, diminished confidence, and low self-esteem. The pain of the past can create a silencing that binds and defines, but freedom and healing are possible.

I support women/teens seeking relief from the negative experiences of life that hinder them from walking free. I am passionate about walking alongside women as they overcome their struggles, discover how to release burdens, and heal emotional wounds. I help women recover from their past so they can move forward, live abundantly, and embrace their true self.

To support the healing process, I utilize EMDR with an integrative, faith-based approach rooted in biblical truth to foster holistic healing of the body, mind, and soul. I aim to provide an empathetic, non-judgmental, and supportive space where women feel safe. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate healing and discover your true self.
