I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with five years of experience specializing in trauma-informed, affirming, culturally inclusive therapy for adults. I most often work with clients navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, and relationship struggles. I have a passion for working with the LGBTQIA+ community, including those who are in polyamorous and non-monogamous relationships. I pride myself on working to make therapy more approachable and less intimidating for all—including utilizing videogames in sessions.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Ohio State University. My client-centered, humanistic approach draws from various therapy models, including narrative, psychodynamic, and cognitive approaches. I am certified in trauma response and crisis interventions and have experience with Gottman couples therapy.
I believe that when we can be our authentic selves, we can cry together, feel together, and ultimately heal. My goal is to create a space where you can do the hard work, but it never feels too overwhelming. No matter where you are in your journey, I look forward to supporting you in your healing.
