I am deeply passionate about guiding others on their journeys to heal, change, and transform their lives. My mission as a therapist is to uncover the unique tools that resonate with each individual, enabling them to overcome their obstacles and unlock the life they’ve always dreamed of. I specialize in women’s issues specifically eating disorders, body image issues, postpartum, life transitions, and trauma.
I also have extensive experience with addictions, substance abuse, grief, depression, and anxiety. I believe that with the right support and tools, no challenge is insurmountable. Together, we can break free from the past and step into a brighter, more fulfilling future.
