Since it's often difficult for children to verbalize their feelings/problems, play therapy helps them resolve difficult issues and gain self-control in a safe setting while using therapeutic toys. I also provide sandtray and cognitive behavioral therapy for adults and teens on various issues. I use various techniques to optimize your success.
