I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Holistic Coach, and a Reiki Master. I use integrative holistic therapies to treat clients as a whole by addressing root causes and helping balance the mind, body, energy, and emotions. I help individuals understand and ground their energy to regulate their nervous system effectively. My approach integrates mind-body techniques, including mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and reiki, to promote self-awareness and resilience.
My expertise lies in nervous system regulation, PTSD/trauma recovery, and supporting adult women on their healing journey. I have a unique background, having worked in women’s correctional facilities, where I applied my holistic approach to help individuals manage and heal from trauma symptoms.
