I am a deep believer in the organic unfolding of our growth and purpose, and that we all possess the ability to hear our soul’s calling towards a more authentic and fulfilled life. Sometimes change is fluid, easeful and exciting. At other times, life speaks to us through crises, illness, burnout or relationship challenges… and other loud ways to make our inner voice known. Sometimes we don’t realize the guidance hidden in the chaos and we struggle to stay afloat. I am a body-oriented psychotherapist; my work with clients is relationally based, empathic and embodied. My approach is simultaneously process-oriented to explore, gain insight and bring movement where (old) energy has been stuck, and goal oriented to learn and practice new tools and behaviors for a healthier and more empowered life.

Next group workshop June 1st, 2024: Family Constellation Work is a groundbreaking approach that helps free you from unwanted repetitive patterns, emotions and family entanglements that are negatively impacting your life, work or relationships. It illuminates unconscious dynamics and unresolved issues within a family/relationship, sometimes passed down over generations. By “setting up” a constellation, using group members to represent your family, we work to shift the energy that is stuck so love and life energy can flow again. After participating in a constellation, people often experience heightened insight and clarity, a greater level of compassion, more empowerment and belonging, and peace with what is.

Movement Medicine

In her group Movement Medicine, Anna combines elements of 5Rhythms Movement and dance therapy with embodiment, mindfulness, stress-relief and relaxation exercises to specifically support people who are seeking more connection with self, or those who might be healing from anxiety, depression, trauma or burnout and could benefit from an embodied approach to healing.
