I also have experience treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders like generalized anxiety, OCD, and panic attacks, and trauma & PTSD. I also enjoy working with the unique needs of therapists and other helping professionals.
I focus on using treatments that have a strong research base and I have experience providing cognitive therapy, behavioral activation, exposure-based therapies, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I also incorporate mindfulness, values-based, and attachment principles into my therapy.
