I love that you’re considering therapy - it can be such a powerful process. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to have their mental wellness fostered, and I want to provide that space for you in our meetings. A little about me: I have spent over four years as a therapist supporting a variety of mental health needs. Now I feel so lucky to work within a collaborative group practice (fun fact - my husband is a therapist there too). But I believe an equally valuable part of my journey to being in mental health has been as a counseling client myself, learning first-hand what it is like for those who sit with me in session.

I love working with clients who are wanting to build insight and understanding about themselves - I believe this is a big foundation for change. I specialize in self-esteem, anxiety, depression, substance use, life transitions, women's issues (like motherhood). I can also help with couples, relationship concerns, identity challenges, and family dynamics.

I am educated in integrating Christian counseling into the therapeutic process if this is something that is desired by my client. However, I value working with individuals from all backgrounds and with all worldviews.
