Are pregnancy or parenting feeling a little different than you thought they would? Do you find yourself so worried about your baby, or too overwhelmed to even look at your to-do list? Are you struggling with mom guilt? Maybe you're not feeling the joy you expected when you decided to become a parent. Or maybe your parenting journey hasn't gone the way you expected: maybe you're facing infertility, pregnancy complications, a NICU stay, or pregnancy loss. You might also have other concerns related to parenting or mental health, like navigating body image for yourself or with your older child.

I am passionate about supporting parents in the hard work of early parenting. It's not easy! However, together we will find ways to care for yourself while caring for your child, understand your child better, and consider the ways your own history of relationships may be impacting how you feel about yourself as a parent and how you feel about your child.

Infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum can all be incredibly isolating in their own ways, but you are not alone. I am eager to support you in your parenting journey, to help you build your support system, and to make a place to sit deeply with yourself, to consider who you want to be as a mom or dad.
