I'm a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience & owner of the Center for Psychology & Wellness (click website link!) who is passionate about helping people manage symptoms and get lives back on track. I help people feel safe/comfortable as they work through difficulties. I have helped many people overcome their struggles, feel empowered, and learn life-long skills for emotions & behaviors. I specialize in comprehensive psychological assessments for school children, teenagers, young adults, & adults. I accept testing referrals from parents, teachers, psychiatrists, pediatricians, schools, physicians, and more!
In therapy, I create strong relationships where people are comfortable exploring themselves and their experiences in new ways. After years of therapy and testing in schools, residential, hospitals, and therapy offices, I am experienced in a range of emotional/behavioral problems, anxiety, depression, mood symptoms, personality disorders, trauma, parent stress, DBT & CBT & family systems therapy.
I often work on parenting coaching and work with parents and doctors as a team. I am a certified ADHD treatment specialist. I am current on evidence-based treatment and tailor my treatment to meet the needs of each client. I speak Russian and work with all different types of people and families.
