Hello, I am Anna Baldwin, and I have six years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor working with individuals and families who have survived trauma. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns such as Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, and Grief, including those who have experienced physical or sexual trauma or emotional abuse. I use a mix of Christian Counseling, Client-Centered Therapy, EMDR, Play Therapy, and Trauma Focused therapies. I believe a collaborative and positive relationship between client and counselor proves to benefit the journey to healing.
My therapy style is compassionate and engaging. I believe in the Golden Rule and will treat you with respect, kindness, and empathy without judgment or labels. I will reflectively listen with an open mind and heart. I’m soft-spoken with a gentle nature. As you and I create a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs, this will be a team effort.
