I specialize in helping adults, college students, teens, and professionals better manage anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, realtionships, and attachment troubles so they can move through life with greater confidence and less stress. I use evidence-based techniques to create a supportive and safe space for worriers and deep thinkers. We will build on your strengths and chart a path forward.

I'm passionate about customizing therapy for each of my clients. This often includes: • Breaking free from thought loops, "what if" worries, and overthinking • Developing coping skills • Learning about relationship patterns • Resolving core fears • Gaining insight into perfectionism and people-pleasing • Finding ways to cope with tough times

Many of my clients are thoughtful, but find themselves stuck in patterns that are hard to break. Together, we’ll use creative approaches (and a bit of humor) to navigate the difficult parts and help you move forward. You don’t have to have everything figured out to reach out.
