I work with adolescents and adults in a variety of areas such as anxiety, OCD, phobias, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, relationships, and transitions. Using CBT, ACT, DBT, ERP and IFS, I'll create a custom treatment plan where you'll acquire practical skills and coping strategies that will serve a guiding lights for the present and throughout life.
