Nothing has the ability to stop life and wear you out more than when you are not able to get back on your feet or continue to push past the pain. At some point we all break. Have you pushed so hard and you just can’t get back to the old you? Or maybe the old you is not who you want to envision for your future. As a licensed professional counselor and licensed clinical addictions specialist, I have been a witness to some of life’s most precious moments and also some of life’s most challenging circumstances. My goal and desire is to help others navigate through their world and to find answers to some of life’s most difficult questions
My experience has been working with dually diagnosed individuals, trauma and stressors, grief, adjustment disorders, life stressors, anxiety, depression, and life altering problems. My goal is to help clients of all ages find solutions by using a variety of evidenced based approaches personalized to fit individual needs. I also offer clinical supervision.
Life is hard when we try to do it on our own. It has been my passion and desire to build a healthy, safe, and non-judgmental space to support others. I believe in healing holistically and can provide Christian based services, if needed. Sometimes life's issues are difficult to navigate, and having someone to help you work through your concerns is important.
