My background has provided me experience in the areas of anxiety and depression, anger management, stress management, substance abuse and relationship concerns. I work regularly with adolescents, college students, adults, and couples.
Our sessions will include techniques from a variety of areas including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
