My specialty is working within a person-centered and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Theory) framework; ACT is a multi-dimensional model of treatment, incorporating mindfulness, resolving limitations of the problem-solving mind in relationship to internal experiencing, and committing to changes that align with your deepest values, self-actualizing.
