I primarily use somatic therapies, working with the nervous system. You will be given the tools to find peace and freedom in your life and achieve your goals.
I work with anxiety, self esteem, trauma, PTSD, CPTSD and performance issues. I have extensive experience working with trauma and nervous system dysregulation.
I am trained in Somatic Experiencing and other somatic therapies. I also work with veterans who are experiencing combat stress/PTSD.
