Life can be incredibly challenging, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or hopeless. These emotions can sometimes lead us to act in ways that don’t align with who we want to be. Therapy provides the tools to help you thrive (or, when necessary, survive) and offers a supportive space where you can feel accepted and empowered. It also helps you gain better self-understanding, stay present during tough times, and nurture more positive emotions.
My experience as an Air Force Mental Health Therapist gave me specialized training in a variety of scientifically driven treatments. My expertise includes addressing trauma, sex, sleep issues, depression, anxiety, and moral injury. I also hold an ICAADC certification, which enables me to provide substance use treatment.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey toward shared goals. Together, we can create a personalized plan that aligns with your values and leads to tangible outcomes. I’d be honored to support you on your path to mental wellness and healing.

I often use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for treating trauma-related symptoms. The length of EMDR sessions varies based on complexity, while CPT typically consists of 12-14 sessions. Additionally, I enjoy working with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). CBT-I is a 4-6 session treatment with demonstrated benefits.
