Solution Focused Therapy is my main approach to move toward the future you see for yourself. I also use Cognitive Behavioral therapy to help discover how you think and how it impacts the choices you make, EMDR to treat trauma symptoms, and attachment therapy to examine childhood impacts on experiences. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Treatment Professional.
