As a therapist, I'm interested in helping you make sense of how you feel, think, respond, and relate to yourself and others with curiosity and care. I offer a nonjudgmental, attuned relationship where all parts of you are welcome. We'll explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences; from past moments that have shaped you to what's emerging now, in your mind and body. I'll listen deeply, engage thoughtfully, notice with you what may be hard to see on your own, and help you get in touch with yourself.
