But then the deadlines got too numerous, the to-do lists too long. It feels like life mutated and you’re struggling to wrap your head around it all. What changed? Maybe you just started college. Maybe you never really bounced back after the pandemic. Maybe it’s a midlife crisis. Or maybe it’s not one big thing but dozens of smaller changes that have worn you down. It’s possible you don’t know the reason. What you do know is that you’re burned out.
I specialize in working with people pleasers, college students, autistic & ADHD folks, and parents. Many of my clients are chronic high achievers, entrepreneurs, neurodivergent or highly sensitive, and/or burned out 2e/gifted kids that are all grown up and tired af.
