I have almost 15 years of experience using evidence-based therapies to support adults coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and life transitions. I also have specific expertise in working with veterans, service members, first responders and military families, and spent over a decade working at a Mass General Hospital outpatient clinic.
Therapy can be challenging at times, but my role is to be right alongside you every step of the way, building on your own inherent strengths and skills so that you can realize lasting change.
