I am very experienced, easy to talk to, and use a relational approach in my work. As a child therapist I use techniques of play therapy, cognitive and behavioral strategies, focused breathing and guided meditation. I collaborate closely with parents offering guidance and support, utilizing an understanding of developmental challenges. I also help parents understand the impact of their own child rearing on their parenting. My expertise includes early childhood; adoption; social anxiety; divorce; learning challenges; and loss and bereavement. I integrate mind-body techniques into my practice with adults and children helping each patient learn to regulate anxiety, and reduce depression.

I have expertise in applying a developmental lens to my work with children. In my work with adults I am available to use different approaches that include short term goal oriented as well as long term therapy. I individualize according to what the individual brings to our work together.

My work includes individual, couple and family modalities, in addition to groups with parents and children.
