Whether it's pressure at work or home, navigating trauma, processing grief, or working through depression and anxiety, I can help. Even if you can't quite name what you need yet, I'd be honored to step into that journey with you.

I work with adults and kids (ages 3+). For adults this involves exploring how the past unconsciously influences current situations and working with the thoughts and feelings that emerge. With kids, I use child-centered play therapy to help them process unexpressed feelings and experiences.

I'm not here to tell you how fast to heal, who to forgive, or what to believe. I'm here to be curious with you about the patterns you inherited and support your growth. With adults, we talk, and slowly explore your thoughts and feelings that often live beneath the surface. With kids, they get to describe their unspoken world through play.
