You don't have to wait for something big to happen to seek therapy. Often it's small things that you quietly carry that add up. I work with adults doing deep family-of-origin work. This often looks like understanding how the past influences current situations (like managing aging parents, raising children, and work or social stress), or unpacking faith and spiritual shifts and their influence on identity. I also offer child-centered play therapy for kids ages 3 and up.
I'm not here to tell you how fast to heal, who to forgive, or what to believe. I'm here to be curious with you about the patterns you inherited and support your growth. With adults, we talk, and slowly explore your thoughts and feelings that often live beneath the surface. With kids, they get to describe their unspoken world through play.
