About
Your choice to seek therapy for yourself or your child takes courage and is the first step to finding ways to improve the quality of your lives. We’ve all needed to reach out for support and encouragement at some point in our lives and to know that we are not alone. Therapy can offer the opportunity to understand and address areas that present us with life’s challenges. For over 20 years I have worked in a variety of settings with preschoolers, children, adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral difficulties, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, relationship difficulties, and school problems.
I offer a comfortable, compassionate and non-judgmental space. I collaborate with you to help identify your concerns, establish goals and identify effective strategies that are unique to you and your family. My integrative approach includes cognitive-behavioral, expressive, play-focused, strengths-based and mindfulness-based interventions.
Several weekday morning, afternoon or evening appointments are available. Feel free to contact me to address your questions and to determine if I’m the therapist for you.
