I firmly believe we must look inwardly and gain enlightenment in order to change outwardly. I specialize in Internal Family Systems approach. This enhanced mindfulness-based approach is particularly effective and methodical. I interface Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Internal Family Systems approach, addressing both deep emotions while making real change in habits and behaviors.
