As a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience, I work with adult clients from diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore a wide range of concerns—including life transitions, trauma, grief and loss, sexuality and gender identity, intimacy, communication, relationships, parenting, and caregiving.
I also specialize in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), an effective adjunct to talk therapy with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, end-of-life distress, chronic pain, OCD, substance use challenges, and other mental health concerns.
My approach is both goal-oriented and insight-driven, drawing from a range of modalities—including Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative, and Creative therapies—to support meaningful progress toward your treatment goals. I see clients in-person (NY/NJ) as well as via telehealth in over 40 U.S. states.
The therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest predictors of success in therapy, so it’s important to find a good fit—where you feel heard, understood, and connected. For this reason, I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if working together feels like the right match.
