At Waves of Change, I assist clients in making the positive changes they want to make in themselves through the utilization of hypnosis, meditation, mindfulness, mental health counseling, and technology assisted relaxation practices. All of my services are offered in a confidential, safe, and serene environment. Some of the specific issues I help clients with are; smoking cessation, weight management, depression, pain management, and stress management to name a few. When working with clients I strive to fit the modality to the individual. I specialize in mental health counseling with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), gestalt, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, computer assisted relaxation training, and meditation. These are offered as individual sessions and as psycho-educational and support groups.
I believe that as individuals we have the right to seek help that is not medication based first and only use medication as a last resort. In some cases medication is necessary...but, in some cases alternative therapies will work just as well or better. Let's work together to determine this!

This 8 session class is an innovative program being offered every other Saturday that combines ancient and modern Meditation techniques along with advice from an expert in Meditation, Hypnotherapy, and Counseling. This program is designed to help reduce daily stress and improve your overall relaxation techniques. Whether you come for one class or attend all 8 session you will find inner balance and enlightenment. All 8 sessions are recommended to achieve optimal inner balance and peace.
