Everyone deserves to thrive. Sometimes we lose sight of the things that bring us joy in life, and aren't sure how to grow or change. As a licensed clinical psychologist I specialize in working with children, teens, adults and families who have experienced stressors such as being bullied, loss of a loved one, abusive relationships, sexual assault, family strife.

Utilizing client-centered and cognitive-behavioral techniques, we will work together toward healing. People often start to feel better in 8-12 sessions If you want to experience more closeness as a family, we can work together in improving communication and enjoying your time together.

You do not need to carry your pain alone. I have had the privilege of collaborating with: residential centers, outpatient clinics, schools, law enforcement, hospitals, nanny agencies, and foster care. This gives me unique perspective into the stressors and strengths experienced by people from many different walks of life.
