I have passionately devoted 26 years working in this industry. Helping individuals and families is my inherent calling. It seems we all can use help and assistance with life changes and crisis. Asking for guidance and help can be difficult, but a courageous and likely a necessary decision. Therapy can give you tools to fight low self-esteem, isolation and help teat a variety of problems. Some common reasons people seek therapy include: depression, marital/romantic relationship problems, explore gender identities, LGBTQIA, sexual problems, stress, anxiety, grief and other interpersonal issues.
I provide a warm, safe, non-judgmental and accepting space for my clients. The goal is to identify current problems and understand the root causes to be addressed in therapy. I accept and embrace every individual's unique circumstances. Each client's growth is my utmost priority.
I can assist clients with finding solutions to problematic behaviors and/or thoughts that are keeping them from living the life to which they aspire. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions. + I am accepting new clients for online therapy. +
