Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas. I received a Master's in Social Work in 2017 from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. I have been practicing social work for 7 years and have been a therapist for over 5 years. I help adults, individuals and adolescents cope with life's stressors and current challenges. I guide them in learning how to navigate the world by learning coping skills to face their challenges. I assist them in learning that self-care and self-healing honors who they are now, and aids them in taking back their power.
I believe in building rapport with clients to establish connection and trust. During the first session, I focus on getting to know you, what you are going through and how I can help you reach your goals for therapy.
I have an ability to put clients at ease, so that we can work together to help them reach their therapeutic goals and have measurable, successful outcomes. I like to think "outside the box" and use creative methods along with evidence-based modalities to help clients heal and fully enjoy life.
