I had the privilege of working with individuals & families from all walks of life and all ages for more than 10 years. I work with patients to assist them in creating the changes they want in their lives and relationships with themselves and others. I work with patients using EMDR, Trauma-informed care, TF-CBT, CBT, Neurotherapy, Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness.
