From this framework, we are able to work together to accommodate challenges and concretely strengthen areas of need.

As a counselor, I want to work with an individual to build skills to improve their life. If you are being challenged by anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges in your children, trauma, grief or relationship issues I want to walk alongside you to empower you to grow in managing life's difficulties mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
