Life brings many transitions from graduations, pursuing careers, navigating complexities of all kinds of relationships and finding a balance between work and play. Our work will highlight areas of strengths and opportunities to grow, learn and evolve in a positive and growth enhancing manner.
Preference in person sessions with hybrid options yet believe being in real time is optimal when possible.
Have worked in school, group and now private practice since 2010.
I have worked in many environments with young and older adults on an inpatient and outpatient level. Provide a safe space supporting individuals thru life transitions : graduation, careers, relationships, marriage, starting families , divorce, loss and grief and unexpected life circumstances.
I work closely with the local school and medical community to provide a comprehensive approach to treating my clients. I have a strength in collaborating with other professionals and bonding with my clients and families.
