20+ years providing exceptional clinical support now older teens & adults. My after school and evening hours are pretty booked. Most flexible mornings and early afternoon. I specialize Anxiety &Mood D/O associated w/ academic and occupational pressure to achieve. Peer & relationship stress and transitioning to college and the work world. Navigating the struggles to meet demands of young Adulthood! Using a relational-psychodynamic approach to treatment balanced with empowering energy and humor. Supporting the LBGTQ community is a professional passion. Embracing authenticity and self acceptance is the treatment goal.
I have worked in many environments with teens and adults on an inpatient and outpatient level. I worked for three years as an assistant adjustment counselor at a local public high school. Working in tandem with school based supports is paramount! Private practice since 2010 in Norwell.
I work closely with the local school and medical community to provide a comprehensive approach to treating my clients. I have a strength in collaborating with other professionals and bonding with my clients and families.
