Life Optimizing Group
We all want to feel that our life has meaning and purpose and at the same time provides us with opportunities for self development, soul sustenance and release from stress. This group will provide opportunities to explore the ways in which we restrict our capacity to experience happiness and develop attitudes and behaviors that support our ability to navigate life's challenges while simultaneously realizing life's opportunities for creating happiness in our lives. Activities will include sharing, journalling, reflection and a closing activity. Interested individuals must register as space limited. Materials included. Light refreshment provided during mid-session break.

SoulCollage is an expressive-arts enhanced spiritual practice that facilitates self-exploration through identifying, exploring symbols and images that enhance understanding of the many facets of our being. Winter Solstice Soul Collage Event: Dec16, 2017
This intimate group is the first of 4 groups throughout the year to celebrate the spiritual and psychological significance of the changing of the seasons as marked by the Winter and Summer Solstice and the Spring and Autumn Equinox. For centuries, humans have recognized the way in which Nature's metaphors offer wisdom for life that can be applied and integrated. The lessons taking on fresh meaning as the years return us to these sacred moments of reflection and metamorphosis. Each event will comprise elements of meditation, art and collage work, journalling and sharing. Workshop fee includes refreshments and materials.
